I had an excellent experience with PRF microneedling at Dr. Lam’s office. The team was warm, professional, and the office itself is spotless and well run. The level of care really stood out—everything was clearly explained, they ensured I was fully numb before starting, and the phlebotomy was impressively skilled (even using a vein finder, which made it very comfortable). Nicoletta did my treatment and was fantastic—gentle, knowledgeable, and attentive. I felt completely at ease in her hands. I hadn’t considered a dental office for a cosmetic procedure, but the medical setting was actually far more reassuring than a spa. You can tell there is a real commitment to safety, innovation, and high-quality care. Only a week out, and I’m very pleased with the results. Highly recommend this office especially for someone considering advanced treatments!
