I'm not typically one for reviews but today I have had one of the best experiences here. Starting from the beginning, a few months ago I was seen about a tooth ache and was quoted and told that It would be $1,500 for the one tooth but to expect my whole mouth to need treatment as well. When I asked how the one tooth could be so expensive, I was brushed off and basically told "it is what it is. We can't change what's being quoted to you." I left beyond upset not only by the what I was told but also the overall treatment. Come to today I had an emergency where that tooth filling fell out and this place was honestly my last choice but was the only one that had open availability. With my pain being as high as it was I decided the risk was worth it and booked a same day appointment. I talked with RJ on the phone and this guy is stellar. After the initial Xrays, Dr.Dinh came in and was super sweet and helpful. I explained my financial situation to her and she took it upon herself to speak with RJ about a solution. RJ came in and we chatted for a good 10 minutes about the payment options and about good vacation spots while I waited for the doctor to finish with another patient. Not once did I feel uncomfortable or talked down to. He even explained why my situation was so bad last time. Honestly, this guy deserves more than I can give him. After that, the filling process was simple and fast. Making the inlays took some time as it wasn't made right the first time. But it is to be expected when in an emergency situation and everything can't just be prepped for you before you get there. Overall, the whole experience took about 2 hours which was lengthy but I am just glad they got me in.
